- Benson
Chamber of Commerce was established in 1958.
- In
1976 we were established as the Benson
Area Chamber of Commerce.
- Our
purpose is to advocate the commercial,
industrial, agricultural, civic, educational,
and general interest of the Benson trade
area.

Our mission is to create a strong environment,
which encourages growth, innovation, and opportunity.
- Our
objective is to create a spirit of cooperation,
actively represent the member's interests, to
provide leadership in the community, to plan
and develop strategies to strengthen the community.
- We
are financed through membership investment and
creative fund raising.
- We
serve the Benson area, School District 777.
- Membership
is open to any individual, business, or organization
interested in building and promoting the Benson
area.
- We
have over 100 members.
- We
are sponsors of: Kid Day, Pioneerland Band Festival,
Christmas Promotion with Retailers, and the
Santa Truck.
- The
Chamber administers Benson Bucks throughout
the year to further encourage shopping locally
at Benson businesses.
